In response to requests form the community The Table Community Food Centre is working with several partners to launch a new community facility in Smiths Falls - The Falls Food Hub.
The Falls Food Hub will improve health and build community by:
-providing nourishing meals,
-creating a welcoming social gathering place,
-connecting people to other resources and services,
-providing educational programs and
-creating opportunities to become engaged and take action on issues impacting the community.
Before The Table makes further commitments and takes on financial responsibility for this ambitious project, we need to ensure there is community support to start and sustain the project. That's where you come in!

We are estimating that start up costs will be approximately $125,000 and annual operating costs to be around $250,000 a year.
