FRCOG Road SAP Survey |
Introduction
The Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) is looking for your input.
The FRCOG is preparing a Road Safety Action Plan (SAP) that will guide future traffic safety investments in our region. This SAP will identify priority locations and make recommendations for improvements to help make our roads safer for all users. Once completed, the FRCOG and the towns in our region will be eligible for additional funding to implement the recommendations in the plan.

The FRCOG is committed to developing strategies that improve the safety of all residents however they travel the County. We will use your survey responses to guide the recommendations of the SAP along with community feedback gathered during public engagement and existing local, state, and federal data about transportation safety.
The average time to complete this survey is 5-10 minutes. You may come back and finish the survey after you’ve started if you use the same device (e.g., laptop, smartphone, tablet, etc.). This survey can only be taken once per device.
This survey is voluntary, and all responses are anonymous. Please contact Laurie Scarbrough, Senior Transportation Planning Engineer, at lscarbrough@frcog.org or 413-774-3167x139 with questions.
