Are you ready to lead a new or existing gusto! restaurant towards success?  As a local Atlanta company, we love bringing a "community" feel to each of our restaurants.  We believe this starts with our people and our leaders, which is why we invest so much in finding the most talented and passionate people in the city to join our team.  As we continue to open new restaurants, however, we will need more and more high-caliber leaders to help us grow each business.  Are you the leader we are looking for?
 
We will be hiring Local Operating Partners (LOP) for new and existing locations in the coming months.  These LOPs, while technically employees of gusto!, will be empowered as independent business leaders and charged with driving the success of these two new restaurants.  The LOPs will have three primary goals: 1) operate their assigned businesses at a high degree of excellence, 2) cultivate meaningful relationships within their local communities, and 3) be a positive ambassador for the gusto! brand.
 
They will be given relative independence to operate these businesses how they choose and will have the freedom to make certain business decisions for themselves.  Financially, these LOPs will partake in the success of the businesses they operate; they will have incentive to think creatively around even the smallest of details.  While restaurant and management experience is not required, it is certainly preferred.
