This survey has been prepared by Savills Research, to explore investor appetite for operational real estate (OpRE) in the UK and Europe.

OpRE includes Hospitality, Self Storage and Residential sectors that are investible at scale, e.g. Multifamily, Single Family and PBSA. From the responses to the survey we will produce a report on current investor strategies, priority sectors and markets, investment allocations and attitudes towards risk.

The survey should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete and responses will remain anonymous and only be used in aggregate form.

Respondents will receive an advance copy of our final report with collated results and analysis.
