Red Sandstone Parent Survey 16-17 |
Welcome!
According to Dr. Karen Mapp, author of The Impact of School, Family, and Community Connections on Student Achievement, parent involvement in schools helps students earn higher grades, boost test scores, improve social skills, and graduate.
In this survey, we are interested in learning more about your thoughts, feelings, and attitudes towards Red Sandstone. When answering these questions, please consider your child's current experience at school. Your answers will be used in aggregate, and we will not be evaluating individual responses. As such, please be as honest as possible - there are no right or wrong answers. We do use the information collected in the survey to make changes at RSES. For example, last year we learned from the survey that parents valued the counseling program more then the Spanish program. As a result of learning this we increased our counseling program and removed the Spanish program until more resources become available. Your input is valuable to us.
Because different children often have different experiences in the same school, please complete one survey for each child in your home that currently attends Red Sandstone.
Your response is collected anonymously.
Thank you,
Red Sandstone Accountability Committee
