Dear Participant:
My name is Dennis E. Champine and I am a graduate student at Central Michigan University. For my final project, I am examining "The Dollars and Sense of the Privatization of Public Services". Because you are a taxpaying resident of the City of Center Line, I am inviting you to participate in this project by completing the survey which follows this informational page.
The following questionnaire will require approximately five (5) minutes to complete. There is no compensation for responding nor is there any known risk. In order to ensure that all information will remain confidential, please do not include your name. Copies of the project will be provided to my Central Michigan University instructor and to City of Center Line elected and administrative leadership. If you choose to participate in this project, please answer all questions as honestly as possible and return the completed questionnaires promptly by clicking the submit button at the end of the survey. Participation is strictly voluntary and you may refuse to participate at any time.

The data collected will provide useful information regarding the future of how public services will be provided in the City of Center Line.
