Our Performance Management research seeks to understand the value of organizations’ performance management processes as they stand now, what is driving them to change their processes, and what those changes will look like.

Our goal is to develop a model and resources that help organizations re-think their approach to performance based on the needs of individuals, teams, and the organization, with the ultimate goal of uncovering future potential and developing employees to maximize their importance to their organization.
