As part of an ongoing commitment to enhancing your member experience at The Lakes, the Board and Member Services Committee is reviewing how technology supports your enjoyment of the Club – from communication through to on-course innovations.
The focus is to:
1. Improve communication and interaction with Members; and
2. Enhance Member experiences with the available technologies; and
3. Deliver new and/or improved services to Members.
To that end, the Board is seeking Member feedback on experiences with the technology used by, and available to, the Club.
Examples include, but are not limited to, the Website, Lakes app, MiScore app, range Trackman, payments, hospitality, golf shop purchasing, events, club administration, email, SMS, social media, or any other technology related to the Member or guest experience within the Club or course.
Your feedback will help guide future investment in technologies and digital services. Any and all feedback is welcomed and appreciated.
The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. It is intentionally brief so that Members may express their views as broadly as they wish.
The survey is confidential and anonymous. It also includes an opt-in for Members who may wish to agree to a follow-up contact from the Club.
