The Agency for Health Care Administration (Agency) is seeking review and information related to any inconsistencies, discrepancies, or issues that may exist in the updated 2022 Florida Medicaid fee schedules.

Please note:

Feedback related to coverage of new services (Rule 59G-1.035 Florida Administrative Code) will not be considered through this survey.

Rate specific feedback will not be considered unless there is a valid concern that an error occurred in developing this year's rates.
