Why this survey matters: Gilcrest is completing an updated Housing Needs Assessment (HNA). The draft identifies limited rental choices, rising housing costs, aging homes, displacement concerns in manufactured-home communities, infrastructure constraints, and a need for additional homes through 2035. Residents' experiences will help the Town confirm these findings and set practical priorities.

How to participate (Cómo participar)

  • Complete one survey per household.
  • Answer based on your current experience. Skip any question you prefer not to answer.
  • Do not include your name. Individual responses will not be reported publicly.
  • Estimated time: 8-10 minutes.
Who should respond? Gilcrest residents age 18 or older, including homeowners, renters, people living with family or friends, and residents of manufactured or mobile homes.
