Balance Fitness in Hillsboro is considering adding classes for children, specifically, Pound! Pound is an insanely fun full body workout for kids (and parents, too), using weighted drumsticks, drumming on a fitness mat. I, Mike, the owner of the gym, am certified in Pound (for adults), but would love to introduce the class to children, since there is a definite need for social and physical activity these days.
