The SCRHA Next Generation Emerging Leaders Committee is a collaborative group of driven, like-minded individuals who are working towards creating a growth-oriented experience for all committee members and all members of the Southern California Rental Housing Association 40 years and under. Focus includes work on engagement, charitable efforts, leadership development, and other fun activities.
This is a group of eclectic individuals, each with their own experiences, skillset, and interests and all are welcome to apply. The fifteen (15) member committee seving two years. The committee is split so about half of the commitee changes each year. Two (2) members serve as leaders of the committee and their term can be extended. The committee strives to have ten (10) owners and/or property managers and five (5) supplier members.
Must be current, active members of SCRHA in good standing and aged eighteen (18) to forty (40).
