Girl Program Financial Assistance Instructions

Please read the information below before submitting your financial assistance request.
  • This form is not to request assistance to register as a member or anything other than a GSEMA program.
  • Please complete this online form (one month prior to the program date) to request girl financial assistance for an upcoming Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts program.  Once your request is received and reviewed, you will be notified within two weeks and payment of your remaining balance will be required to register for the program you would like to attend. 
  • This online form will cover the registration of the program as well as the financial assistance request.  
  • We are not able to provide financial assistance to programs that you register directly with one of our Program Partners.  For example, Battleship Cove.
  • Important Note - we will not give refunds if you register and pay for a program and then submit a financial assistance request after the fact.
ATTENDING SUMMER CAMP??  Please go to the GSEM website and fill out a financial assistance and registration form.  This online form is not for Summer Camp aid requests.
