Arts and Crafts exhibitor applications must be completed by December 8, 2025.

Please note that submitting an application does not mean you have been selected as an exhibitor.

If you are selected, a deposit of $275 will be required to confirm your spot. This year, each exhibit space is 2 6-ft tables for a total cost of $550.

NICWA's 44th annual conference will be in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma March 29-April 1, 2026.
