Please answer each question in the proposal. This information is required by each continuing education organization for the purpose of qualifying each presenter to offer a course that qualifies for CE credit hours. Submissions are due by 5pm EST Tuesday October 3, 2023. Decisions will be made by October 13, 2023, and applicants will be notified via email.
