Thank you for attending ASID Colorado/New Mexico's 27th Annual Crystal Awards on Thursday, July 24 at Mile High Station. Your support helps us continue to expand our mission to recognize the best of the best from interior designers across Colorado and New Mexico. We hope you enjoyed the event!

Please complete the evaluation by Monday, August 25, 2025 - it should take no longer than 5 to 10 minutes. Attendees who complete our evaluation and identify themselves in the fields provided within this evaluation form, will be entered into a prize drawing to WIN a free ticket to the 2026 ASID Colorado Crystal Awards! Participation is optional.

To be eligible to enter the prize drawing, individuals responding to the post event evaluation must:

1) Include your name and email address. Please note that your responses will be kept strictly confidential – we are able to separate names from responses. Your identification will be used only for the purpose of conducting the prize drawing.
