Welcome to the application for the Union for Reform Judaism's Post-B'nai Mitzvah Innovators Community of Practice (CoP). Please complete and submit this application by April 21, 2017.
The URJ’s Post-B’nai Mitzvah Innovators CoP will bring together congregational leaders that have imagined or launched innovations. This CoP will support proven innovators in furthering their existing or envisioned experiments related to post b'nai mitzvah, including both formal and informal strategies.

Through an 18-month process beginning in September 2017, participating congregational teams of professionals and lay leaders will build a network of peer support and guidance, share best principles and practices, and continue to strengthen post-b’nai mitzvah involvement. Participants will share measurable results with the cohort and the larger Reform Movement.

Participation includes learning webinars, monthly consulting group sessions, ongoing individual coaching, and an in-person gathering March 11-13, 2018. Attendance at the in-person gathering is expected of all participating congregations, and the costs of attendance (estimate about $600 + travel expenses per participant) should be taken into account when planning your budget. Each congregations should plan on sending a minimum of two participants.

This CoP is being offered in collaboration with ARJE (Association of Reform Jewish Educators).
