LEAD Metro North is an 11-month professional development, business/community engagement, and immersion program. It is geared toward individuals who want to: enhance their careers through leadership development; learn more about Adams County industries and the metro north economy; and build relationships with key community leaders. Adams County Regional Economic Partnership (AC-REP) is partnering with Leadership Science Institute on this exciting program that will provide participants rich leadership training and impactful skills development.

LEAD Metro North will feature:
• A 2-day Orientation/Retreat
• 8 full weekday sessions
• Community Impact Project
• Graduation Celebration

Tuition
AC-REP Member - $1,995; Non-Member - $2,195
Tuition must be paid IN FULL one week before the program starts. Payment can be made in two installments to equal full program tuition before the program start. *No tuition refunds*

Application Requirements & Guidelines
Applications Deadline – 5 p.m., June 30, 2021 - applications received later will not be accepted. A two-day Metro North Orientation/Retreat will take place for program participants Sept. 16 & 17, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Fiore & Sons, Inc. - 80 E 62nd Ave., Ste. 101, Denver. Attendance is required. Please save the date on your calendar.

Dates
LEAD Metro North will include day-long sessions meeting monthly every third or fourth Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., plus additional required dates. Check all dates listed below to be sure you can commit. All LEAD Metro North class days will be planned for in-person attendance, so long as COVID-19 regulations permit. For the health and safety of all participants, program activities will comply with CDC and local COVID-19 guidelines for all in-person activities. Selection
Interviews will be scheduled between July 12 and July 30, 2021. All applicants will be notified of their acceptance the week of August 2, 2021. Selection is based upon a review of the entire application package and interview process. Be prepared to attend the required LEAD Kickoff and Orientation/Retreat events if/when accepted. Applicants not accepted into the program for the 2021-2022 year are always encouraged to apply again the next year.
