2024-2025 Annual Library Data Survey for California Community Colleges

Introduction

The California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office Annual Library Data Survey is the instrument used to fulfill the mandate pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 5, Division 6, Chapter 6, Subchapter 9, Section 55800.

Survey responses should relate to the fiscal year from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.

Survey responses are due October 31st. Once complete, submit the certification form via email to the Chancellor's Office (email: David Garcia: dgarcia@cccco.edu).
