Survey Overview
Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) is currently leading a statewide effort to develop the Delaware Disaster Housing Strategy, a state guide for managing interim and long-term housing recovery after a disaster. Through coordination with local and county governments, DSHA has identified a need to support local governments in identifying regulatory actions they can take in the preparedness phase to better respond to and direct recovery efforts.
This brief survey aims to understand local challenges related to topics such as housing, permitting, and development to identify areas in which the state can provide technical assistance or support. For more information, please contact Vanessa Cullen at vanessa.cullen@delaware.gov.
