We are composing a list of services offered for inter-clinician referrals between optometrists in the province.  It will help you provide referrals for your patients for specialized testing which you may not offer (OCT, HVF, out of visits, etc.) as well as allow you to receive referrals from your colleagues. This list will be available on the members only site NOT for public access.  

Each practitioner in a practice needs to fill out their own survey. If you do not fill out the survey you will be left off the list so please take the time to fill this out. Estimated time 2 minutes.
