Funeral Industry Rulemaking – Article 4

Rules related to the licensing of crematories are being made in Article 4 of Subchapter 9B. An August Draft for Article 4 was posted for comments. Based on comments received and further review by the Department, changes have been made to the draft rules and are contained in the September Draft Rules.

After reviewing the September Draft for Article 4, please provide the information requested below:
