Thank you for your interest in ServErie's 2022 Summer Project.  We will be doing yard work/landscaping and light labor such as tree and shrub trimming, litter and leaf pickup, edging, park maintenance, etc. 
 
 
Gathering at the start of each session at: 
ECAT 650 East Avenue Erie, PA 16503. (Parking details to follow)
 
Waiver Requirements
•Volunteers aged 12 and over are welcome.  Adult supervision is required for those under 16.  No childcare will be provided. 
•Waivers are required for all participants.  Waivers for minors under 18 are also required.
•Waivers can be accessed:

     •Attached to the informational email sent to you a few days prior to the event to the email provided on this form 
     •Available at www.serverie.com 
     •The day of the event (this option will increase your registration time)
