Blue Sky Works is a planning and visioning effort focused on the Blue Sky Activity Center, Lexington’s oldest industrial park and now one of its newest growth areas. Following the area’s recent inclusion in the Urban Service Area in 2023, the city is creating a small area plan focused on the 301-acre site.
This process is about more than just developing a small area plan; it’s about building a shared vision that reflects the businesses, workers, and property owners in Blue Sky.
