The Community Connections Small Grants Program supports resident-led efforts to improve the quality of life in neighborhoods by awarding grants ranging from $50 to $2,000. All grant applications are reviewed and scored by a group of residents from some of the targeted neighborhoods. The review team will make recommendations about which grants to fund.

Please review all of the application questions prior to submission. You must answer all questions to submit your application. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Please complete and submit the application by midnight on April 6th for the spring deadline or October 19th for the fall deadline. Email info@ccsmallgrants.org for any questions.   All applicants are required to attend an application assistance session.  At this one on one meeting, you will bring a copy of your proposal and we will review prior to submission.  Please visit our website at www.ccsmallgrants.org for application assistance dates.

Funding decisions will be made in May following the spring deadline and in November following the fall deadline. The contact person for your project will be notified about whether or not your project has been funded.
