Emails should be titled "Congress of Gamers Play test for [Name of Game]".

* 5. What is the minimum and maximum number of players?

* 6. Please provide a short description of your game. (Note: this may be edited for your table sign due to size limits)

* 7. Please enter your top requests for time slots. A ranking of 1st indicates that this is your primary requested time slot. You can only choose a ranking of 1st once on each day. If you are not available for a time spot, please choose N/A. You may get one or more of your requested times depending on the number of requests we receive. I will contact applicants to confirm dates and times closer to the event.
