Taste Lancashire Producers Showcase Application Form

Places are limited so completion of this form enters you into our application process for the Taste Lancashire Producers Showcase.

The organisers will use the details provided to consider each application based on the appropriateness of the products, quality, and overall balance/number of producers in each category, to ensure the event covers a wide range of producers.

All applicants will be informed whether successful or not. A waitlist may be available.

1. Producers will need to be set up/in situ by 9.00am on Monday 5 October.
2. Access to the space from 8.00am.
3. Your space will be allocated by the organisers and will be clearly marked on the day.
4. Ample parking is available in specified producers area.
5. We aim to showcase a range of products, you may not be the only producer in your produce category.
6. Producers must have their own public liability insurance. Copies of the insurance certificate must be provided in advance to organisers.
7. Producers must provide a risk assessment considering their food hygiene, labelling and production methods prior to the event day; and their pitch safety and staff working practices in advance to the organisers.
8. Producers must provide a health & hygiene certificate.
9. Producers must have ingredients list present on the packaging and have full allergen information on display.
10. Producers are responsible for removing their own rubbish after the event and/or placing in bins supplied.
11. All producers are responsible for ensuring they adhere to Food Safety & Hygiene guidelines.

Food Hygiene Declaration.

I confirm that I am conversant with and abide by the Food Safety Regulations.

It is a condition of participating in the event that producers handling non packaged food and drink are conversant with, and abide by, the food safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 and the Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations 1995.(Required.)

Cancellations must be made as soon as possible by sending us an e-mail. We will then confirm receipt of your e-mail and booking cancellation. This will enable another producers from the waitlist to attend.
