 Booth Selection:
Please use the floor plan on the OSBA website to select your booth choices. Booth prices are listed on the floor plan. Booth assignments are first-come, first-served and unavailable booths will be noted on the floor plan, which will be updated at least daily by the end of the business day.

Advertising:
Banner ads in app
OSBA is offering a limited number of rotating banner ads in the Convention app, which will be the main interface attendees will use to access the Convention program and materials. Ad requests are first-come, first-served. 

Key cards
Key cards for hotel rooms will feature an exhibitor ad/logo on one full side. Limited to one exhibitor only, first-come, first-served.

Sponsorship of keynote speakers
Exhibitors sponsoring a keynote speaker will have signage displayed in the general session hall, be acknowledged on the app, and have their logo displayed in the on-screen preamble. There are two keynote speakers available for sponsorship. 
 
Sponsorship of morning break
Exhibitors sponsoring a break will have signage displayed in the break location, be acknowledged on the app, and have their company name displayed on the general session preamble. There are two break sponsorship opportunities. 
 
Cancellation policy:  
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to OSBA. Exhibit booth and ad costs are refundable BEFORE September 9, 2019.
No refunds will be made after September 9, 2019.
 
Hotels: 
Book accommodations directly with hotels. Details coming soon on www.osba.org/ac. 
 
Meals:
Breakfast on Friday is included in your booth price. All other meals must be purchased in advance through this survey.
Limited meal tickets may be available onsite. Meal tickets may be returned and refunded up to 48 hours before the meal.
