Strategies For Change Feedback

In 2024 Wilderness Health hosted five community listening sessions across Northeastern Minnesota. We believe that inviting community members to have a say in their care is the best way to create care that works. We are requesting community feedback on our interpretation of what we heard and the needs of our populations.

Please review the 2024 Community Listening Session Report on the Wilderness Health website before completing this survey. https://wildernesshealthmn.org/initiatives/mental-and-behavioral-health-care-navigation/
