Here is the description of each plan:

Upfront Payment Plan –
   • Submit your Plan by September 15th
   • Pay your 2011-2012 Chapter Service Fees and RM Assessment (along with any outstanding balance or credit) by October 15th
   • Receive a 2.5% discount on this year’s billings… Check your recent email for actual amounts!

Installment Payment Plan –
   • Submit your Plan by September 15th
   • Pay 30% of your 2011-2012 Chapter Service Fees and RM Assessment (along with any outstanding balance or credit) by October 15th
   • Spread out the remaining balance into 6 payments spread over the next 7 months
   • YOU pick the month you want to skip
   • No finance charges accrue over the year
   • Monthly payments MUST be deducted from the chapter/colony's checking account and will include a 2% electronic processing fee

Semester Plan –
   • Submit your Plan by September 15th
   • Pay the first 1/2 of your 2011-2012 Chapter Service Fees and RM Assessment (along with any outstanding balance or credit) by September 30th
   • Pay the remaining balance of your 2011-2012 Chapter Service Fees and RM Assessment by January 31st
   • Chapters with outstanding balances over 30 days past due are subject to finance charges (currently 18% APR)
   • Chapters with outstanding balances over 90 past due are subject to Financial Suspension
   • Chapters not selecting any other plan by September 15th will automatically be set up on the "Semester Plan".

Upfront Plan - Payment in full is RECEIVED NO LATER THAN October 15th and receives a 2.5% discount on the 10-11 Fees and RM Assessment.

Installment Plan - 30% Down payment (plus any previous balance or credit) is RECEIVED NO LATER THAN October 15th and the remaining balance is divided into 6 monthly payments over 7 months (and you decide which month to skip).

Semester Plan - First half of the annual fees and assessment are due (along with any outstanding balance) no later than September 30th. Second half is due by January 31st.
