You are invited to participate in research entitled “Social factors and moral behavior in adults.” Your responses on this survey will contribute to the study of how people make decisions about the right thing to do in social situations. Participants must be 18 years or older.
You will be asked to read a number of statements and to provide an opinion such as Agree/Disagree, True/False, etc. Please read all the questions carefully and answer honestly. Remember there are no right or wrong answers.
There are no risks associated with the completion of this survey. Your participation is entirely voluntary and you will not be identified in any reports. All data will be kept anonymous, stored on a password-protected computer, and destroyed five years after publication of the results. You can stop participating at any time, for any reason.
If you wish to enter a drawing for a $50 amazon.com gift certificate, you will directed to a separate form to provide your email address. It will not be associated in any way with the responses you provide to the survey questions.
