Question Title

* 2. Communication. How did we do? Please consider our new-this-year online Buster page (with its archive of all Buster blasts, photo archive, and season-long event calendar), our weekly "Alert" emails preceding every new Buster Blast, Buster info on the  Stowe.com website, our prior-to-the-season communication, and our on-going communication throughout the winter. How did these communications work for you? Did we keep you informed and "in the know"? Were our coaches also well-informed? Finally, how would you like to see us improve our communications?

Question Title

* 3. Feedback. New this year were written Progress Cards, handed out to parents of each Buster. How did you find this written feedback? Helpful? How could it be better? (Note: plans next year include TWO progress cards -- one early in the season and one later in the season.) Also, how did you find your coach's daily verbal feedback? Did your coach cover what was worked on each day? Where they skied? Whether they had fun? Whether there were any issues?

Question Title

* 4. Events. Our goal with our calendar of events is twofold: 1) to help teach and skill-build and 2) to add excitement and variety to Buster days and the season. This year, we had gate-training and Skills Quest session almost every Saturday. Many groups toured and skied with Ski Patrollers. We held three giant slalom races, a slopestyle event on Hackett's Highway, a Park Jam in Tyro, optional snowboard Sundays, theme days, a snow science activity (AMP only), and two Apres Buster parties.

Please provide your feedback on how you found these events, which were best (and why), and how we could improve our events. Also, in general, how do you feel about our approach to spicing up an every-weekend calendar with events (some high-profile and some low-key) every weekend?

Question Title

* 5. The right blend. We strive to achieve the right blend of technical instruction, social interaction, and free-riding elements in the Buster program. Please comment on how we did this year, and how we can change to achieve a better blend. Please be specific!

Question Title

* 6. Consistency & Commitment. The Buster season is long, and participation in the program is a commitment. Very few (if any) Busters have perfect attendance. Families take their own breaks which makes our group attendance inconsistent. Does our Buster season need a one-weekend break? When should we have this break -- December? February? What would make the Buster commitment easier to make? (Fewer days? A mid-season break? Other suggestions?)

Question Title

* 7. Rumor-busting. The Buster program WILL be back (and better than ever) in 2019-2020. What other concerns do you have regarding the Buster program? Things you may have heard, things your friends told you, or something you heard in a dream. What changes would you rather not see?

Question Title

* 8. Faves & Not-so-faves. What is your favorite aspect of the Buster program? Your child's favorite? Also, what areas need improvement?

Question Title

* 9. Summer Camps. Would your Buster be interested in one of our Summer Adventure Camp programs that will operate out of our Adventure Center? Programs available Monday through Friday with summer long, weekly, or daily program options. Why or why not? (Please add your comments -- what dates and times work for you and what activities are you and your children are looking for?)

Question Title

* 10. Do you have any other comments about the Buster program, your Buster experience this year, or how we could improve to better serve your needs?
