2026 Siksika Nation Ma'tapiiks Trust & Additions to Reserve Community Survey

The Siksika Ma’Tapiiks Trust Community Needs Survey is an opportunity for Siksika Nation members to identify community priorities that inform future Trust planning, annual allocation planning, and funding decisions.

We want to understand not only what is important to members, but also whether priorities differ depending on age, where members live, and household circumstances.

The survey should take approximately 5–7 minutes. Participation is voluntary. You may skip any question you do not wish to answer. Responses will be reported in summary form.

Your survey responses are kept confidential. To enter our draw, the final question will ask for your contact information. We know privacy is important—your entry information will only be used to contact the winner and will be kept completely separate from your survey responses.
