Independent Family Advocacy and Support (IFAS) uses this survey to help improve the IFAS service and advocate for child protection system improvements that support parents and carers.
 
If you would like someone to complete the form with you please contact IFAS on 1800 849 200 or email ifascontact@vla.vic.gov.au. IFAS will arrange for someone to call you to assist. Everything you tell us will be kept confidential.
