Leadership Evanston XXXII - 800+ Alumni

Thank you for your interest in applying to Leadership Evanston XXXII. This application closes on Monday, September 4th at 11:59 pm. Once your application is submitted, you will promptly be scheduled for an applicant conversation. 

This year the program will begin Saturday, September 23, 2023. 
Applications will be accepted until Labor Day 9/4, 2023.  Applicants are asked to consider these requirements before submitting an application.
Leadership Evanston XXXII participants must
  • Currently live and/or work in Evanston.
  • Intend to remain in the Evanston area for at least five years.
  • Be able to attend all class sessions.  Participants may miss two sessions.
  • Be willing to spend four to six hours per month outside of class on a team project.
The program cost is $1,500
Financial assistance/scholarships are available.  Financial barrier will not exclude anyone accepted to the program.

Sessions for 2023-2024 Leadership Evanston will take place as follows:
Session I: ZOOM     3:00 - 5:00 PM  
Session II: In-person 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (1:00 PM Lunch included, opt out if necessary.)

We will follow safe practices and follow CDC guidelines. We have designed an hybrid model which will include a combination of online and full group convening. 
We will be meeting in person with the larger group once a month from 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM (lunch included, opt out if necessary.) 
Home Base: The cohort will be assigned to a small discussion group and meet one hour per month which will then become the LEXXXII Team Project group.
