Welcome to WESD's Family Survey. This survey is sponsored jointly by the Woodside Board of Trustees and School Site Council. Survey completion should take approximately 9 minutes and responses will remain anonymous. Please only complete one survey per family. Please complete this survey by Sunday, May 12th at 10pm.
The data collected will be used to improve and align the school's programs and strategies with the needs and desires of all members of the Woodside School community. We understand that not all questions will feel as relevant or applicable to this school year, but we encourage you to answer to the best of your ability. There is an opportunity at the end of the survey to list any comments or feedback that were not reflected in other areas.
