In-Stream Stream Teams Expression of Interest

In-Stream is a 12-month process of innovation designed to solve for some of our sector’s significant challenges and opportunities. In-Stream will establish a co-creation ecosystem of innovation through partnering with leading global companies who will contribute global best practice innovation methodologies such as advanced design thinking to accelerate adoption of innovation outcomes.

Following an EOI process earlier this year, Salesforce and NCS, both of whom have existing partnerships with VicWater and IWN, were chosen as our inaugural In-Stream partners.

Their role is to each facilitate a stream centred around an agreed challenge statement and lead a “Stream Team” of water authority representatives to solve for these challenges.

The commitment from Stream Team members will be less than 1 day per month for 12 months.

This is a tremendous development opportunity for staff members to learn global best practice innovation methodologies and be a core part of sector wide collaboration to solve for some of our most significant challenges.

  • Evaluate and Adopt
IWN has partnered with Isle Utilities to provide process assurance and ensure the partners adhere to the In-Stream Code of Conduct.
