Thanks in advance for reading our WSF Playbook and for being part of this transformative journey. I hope you found the information informative.
The purpose of this survey is to capture your feedback about our Vision, Values and Operating Principles. Specifically, I’ll be curious to hear your thoughts, reactions, ideas and suggestions for moving from the intention described in the playbook to creating a culture where collaboration, inclusivity and operational excellence are evidenced every day. Your voice is essential in helping to shape the future of our organization.

This assessment is being administered by an external firm so, rest assured, the feedback you provide will be anonymous. All responses will feed a summary report which will help you, your team, and our leadership team understand our strengths, opportunities for improvement, and ways to improve our performance and results.
