This survey is about your experience of planning a Home Birth at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.

If you have planned or wanted to plan a home birth under the Manchester Trust in the past 12 months, we are interested to hear from you and how the process of seeking home birth support went.

We will use the anonymous data gathered through this survey to understand how the process of planning a home birth is working and how women and birthing people feel about it.

We will be working with the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust to share insights and feedback about people’s experiences as part of our work supporting maternity services in providing rights-respecting, personalised approaches to care.

If you are experiencing difficulty having your birth choices listened to and respected, and need information or support, please contact our Advice and Information Service.
