2018-19 BTA Negotiations Survey

This year, BTA will be negotiating the final reopener to the 2016-2019 Collective Bargaining Agreement. Article 7 (Wages) and Article 8 (Health and Welfare Benefits) are automatically opened for negotiations. In addition, we are allowed to open two (2) more articles.
