WCM’s Mentor Program has provided over 550 female capital market professionals with senior mentors in the industry since 1998. Apply to be a Mentor for our 2018 Mentorship Program and help shape future leaders.

Note: Before continuing please ensure you have reviewed and meet the criteria for a program outlined below: 
Male or Female individuals with senior experience (5 years or more) in capital markets who are interested in sharing their knowledge and experience with Protégées in capital markets. Commitment to being available for monthly (one hour) face-to-face meetings. We realize that face-to-face monthly meetings are not always possible, and where necessary, conference calls may be substituted.
