2020 AAMI HTM Association of the Year Award Nomination

This honor will go to an HTM Association that distinguishes itself during the year through outstanding society operations and meetings as well as a commitment to elevating the healthcare technology management (HTM) profession at the local level.

The prize consists of a plaque to be presented at the 2020 AAMI Exchange in New Orleans, LA, and a $1,500 check.

Entries for the AAMI HTM Association of the Year Award must include:

Nominator’s cover letter that provides a statement that describes in detail the candidate association’s achievements in fulfillment of the criteria above.

This completed AAMI HTM Association of the Year Award nomination form.

A current roster of the candidate association’s leadership.

Two or more letters of recommendation supporting this nomination from association members or industry partners.

All information pertaining to this nomination must be received by January 17, 2020.
