2026 Response Through Recovery Awards
We invite you to nominate outstanding individuals whose work is making a difference across Connecticut. These awards recognize exceptional leadership in advancing MDT collaboration, strengthening prevention efforts, and combating human trafficking. Help us honor those whose dedication is improving outcomes for children, families, and communities statewide.

MDT Leadership Award
This award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated exceptional leadership in advancing Connecticut’s Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) response to child abuse. This individual has strengthened partnerships among agencies, inspired teamwork, and advanced Connecticut’s Child Advocay Center’s (CAC) coordinated response to child abuse. Through dedication and sustained commitment to collaborative practice this individual has improved outcomes for children, families, and their communities.
Prevention Partner Award
This award recognizes an individual, organization, or agency who has shown exemplary commitment to primary prevention efforts through education, outreach, and proactive strategies that reduce risk and increase resiliency. The recipient has played a vital role in creating safer, healthier, and more resilient communities.
Human Trafficking Impact Award
This award recognizes an individual, organization, or agency that has made a significant impact in combating human trafficking through investigations, advocacy, intervention, survivor support, prevention, or systems change. The recipient has demonstrated extraordinary dedication to protecting vulnerable populations and advancing anti-human trafficking efforts.
