Please complete the following form if you are interested in hiring an intern for the summer through the CB Chamber's program - Intern Impact.  

Business cost is $150 per placed intern. 

Interns will be placed from June through August. **The exact start/end dates will be determined and agreed upon between employer and intern. 
By completing this survey you agree to the following: 

1 - You will set up interviews with each intern whose resume is sent to you through Intern Impact.  
2- You will hire at minimum one of the interns. 
3- You will report hires and interview results to the CB Chamber. 
4- You will encourage your employee to participate in as many Impact CB events as possible during their internship.  
5- You will provide time off for your intern to go to Impact CB events if applicable. 
6- You will send your intern to the professional development workshop scheduled for interns.
7- You will pay the intern for their time and work with your organization. 
8- You will complete the post-program survey. 

After you have completed this survey, and before you receive any intern contact information you will receive a MOU that needs to be returned.
