Hawaii Safety Survey

This is an opportunity for you to tell us how we are doing as a State keeping individuals abused by their romantic partners safe and how we might do better. This survey was created by the Hawaii State Commission on the Status of Women, and anonymous responses will be shared in a multi-agency report to the Hawaii State Legislature to recommend improvements in the State's response to multiple forms of abuse within romantic relationships (involving current or former spouses, boyfriends, girlfriends, or dating partners). Your responses to this survey will be kept confidential. It should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Nothing you say in this survey will affect your access to services or supports. Thank you for your feedback!
