The Board has received many suggestions for making a driveway rule change. In the best interest of the community, you have an opportunity to provide feedback.

1. Please take this opportunity to provide your support for a driveway guideline change that you believe is in the best interest of your community.

1a. No Change to Existing Guideline - Adding approved materials limiting the additional parking area to no more than 2 ft on each side (up to 4 ft greater than the builder installed driveway).

1b. Adding approved materials limiting the additional parking area to be up to 4 ft greater than the builder installed driveway. The 4 ft can be split into any combination on either side of the builder installed driveway.

2a. Adding approved materials limiting the additional parking area to no more than 3 ft on each side (up to 6 ft greater than the builder installed driveway).

2b. Adding approved materials limiting the additional parking area to be up to 6 ft greater than the builder installed driveway. The 6 ft can be split into any combination on either side of the builder installed driveway.

3a. Adding approved materials limiting the additional parking area to no more than 4 ft on each side (up to 8 ft greater than the builder installed driveway).
