The 44th CEPIS Council meeting will take place in the Hotel Novotel Bucharest City Centre in Bucharest, Romania on the 10th April 2010.
CEPIS has secured the booking of hotel rooms at €95 per night (excluding taxes), including buffet breakfast and will coordinate the booking with the hotel.
We invite each Council member to fill out the registration form below to confirm their hotel requirements with CEPIS, who will confirm the booking directly with the hotel. Members do not need to contact the hotel directly.
Upon arrival at the Hotel each Council Member will be asked for their credit card details. The cost of the hotel room and all incidentals must be covered individually by each member.
The CEPIS Council dinner will be at a local restaurant on the evening of Saturday 10th April.
