We highly recommend having each of your attendees take a moment and visit the ABAI website before you start this survey.

If they already have a portal account: please ask them to give you their "Membership ID" listed on their Portal page.

If they do not have an account: please ask them to click the Sign Up Now option to create a new portal. Once created, have them give you their new Membership ID number, located on the Portal page.

Please note, all accounts will have a "Membership ID" whether they actually have a membership with ABAI or not.

Exhibit Hall Only Registration: Staff that will only be working the booth and will not be attending sessions.

Full Registration: Staff that will be attending sessions.
.
Full registration automatically grants your staff access to man your booth in the exhibit hall, so please do not list any names twice.
