The Child and Youth Safe Organisations Framework will include Child Safe Standards and a Reportable Conduct Scheme. Entities that specifically engage children and young people under 18 years of age in child-related services, activities or facilities will be required to comply with the Framework.  Compliance with the Framework will be overseen by an independent regulator.

This survey is for completion by heads of organisations which will be required to comply with the Framework. The survey is anonymous and the findings will be specifically used to inform the development of tools and resources for the entities required to comply with the Framework. To check if your organisation will be required to comply, visit www.justice.tas.gov.au/cysof

The survey closes on Friday September 30th 2022.
