Dear Parents and Stakeholders at Dekalb School of the Arts,

The DSA PTSA and PAC leadership would like to hear from DSA stakeholders in order to prepare for the September 19 Arts School public meeting. Please take a moment to share your opinions so that we may properly represent you. This should take you about 10-20 minutes of your time. Although this survey is anonymous, there is an option to leave your name and contact information at the end of the survey.
